Planning a Vacation Series

Hey fans and followers...I am getting ready to begin my "Planning a Vacation Series" and I need your help!!

In my vacation series I plan on mapping out hot vacation spots for family and couples,

what to do and what to see while you are there,

where to stay and where to eat.

Being a planner...sometimes I get kind of crazy with my vacation planning...almost down to the hour of what we are doing, where we are going, what we will spend...and so on.

What's on your menu??

Tonight our menu consists of Venison Steaks wrapped in Bacon & marinaded with the following recipe, 

Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans and Baked Apples

Marinade:

• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
• 2 tablespoons Dijon-style prepared mustard
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Planning weekly Meals...

Do you plan your weekly meals?

How do you go about planning for them?

Do you involve your kids or just do it on your own?

Here at my house I try to make it a joint effort.

Monday:  Chicken Enchilada Ring 

Tuesday: Party Pasta Bowl

Wednesday: Eating out

Thursday: Venison Picadillo Tostadas (the recipe calls for beef, but I use Venison)

Friday: Left Overs

Just when I think....

Just when I think I am going to start something new my plan changes...

I started this blog with hopes to capture the attention of followers who enjoy planning things so that we could share our ideas together...

well...I started it, then I went out and got myself a JOB...yep...a teaching job. It only lasted a week due to the HORRIBLE administration and the fact that one of the owners assaulted me...so that is why I was M.I.A. for the last few weeks.

But now I am back and here is my list of events I am planning from now till Christmas:

1. Helping a friend plan her daughter's Strawberry Shortcake Party

2. Planning a special Anniversary dinner for my husband and I

3. Planning a friendship party for my daughter's play group friends

4. Decorating for a women's ministry retreat

5. Planning a trip to Vegas for a bachelorette party

6. Planning a bridal shower

7. Preparing hairbows for a Christmas vendor show

I think that is it for now...I am sure I will load my plate up some more as the weeks go on! 

This is usually what I feel like when the events get close to completion! ;)
